No, we will not give out any personal details.

We aim to connect the Polish and British culture, and as the leading language in the UK is English, we use it to target a wide and multicultural public. Our website is for everyone who is interested in the Polish community, and who wants to collaborate, use our resources etc.

At the moment only people who have previously presented at one of the PdC events are included in the Artists in Focus.

It emerged as a word play, a humouristic accent. Construction is a word which Polish immigrants are often associated with in the British media. We aim at breaking such stereotypes, hence the 'de' in front of 'construction'. This word is also connected to Derrida's ideas on deconstruction in literary analisys.

We are interested in a diversity of art forms and ideas. Ideally, you have had several exhibitions or applied your work in an artistic or commercial context. We welcome cutting edge, unconventional work, as well as a more traditional approach. We show upcoming artists, but if you are an experienced individual this could be an opportunity to share your experience with others.

The best format is to prepare it in Power Point and safe it on a CD or DVD. The presentations should be around 15 min. Mail for more info.

Please send us your website address, examples of your work (small jpg's) and an artist statement. We will then get back to you asap, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee to invite everyone.

Yes, everyone can come, but must register first.
